Are you looking for an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in Learning and Development? CMS are looking for a Learning and Development Programme Coordinator to join our L&D team. You will be coordinating all administration processes for learning initiatives and be the first point of contact for all L&D team queries. About the role Monitor and update PeopleSoft including the waiting list and the L&D calendar. Brief consultants on requirements of course materials to ensure consistency of brand messaging. Co-ordinate nominations and then invitations to all Academy events. Co-ordinate and provide updates on key learning and development initiatives. Monitoring the L&D inbox and providing timely and comprehensive responses. Co-ordinate the client training calendar. Ownership of the "what's on" email to the firm on the 1st of each month. Co-ordinate inductions as required. Ensure Filesite is reviewed periodically for consistency of data labelling and filing. Co-ordination of the post course evaluation and reporting on results. About you High level of attention to detail, well organised and responsive. Strong written skills Cheerful and resilient and calm under pressure, able to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Good working knowledge of a wide range of HR processes.
