Key Account Executive Cheam £20,000-£22,000 (temp to perm) Responsibilities: Work closely with Sales team to ensure optimal working relationships and efficiency Manual and Electronic Order Processing using SOP database & Customer based web sites for a given account portfolio of accounts Customer Specific and Stock database maintenance Regular contact with customers by phone, by email, dealing with enquiries and complaints Attendance at customer previews and key customer meetings, as required Develop relationships with Buying Assistants and Merchandisers - regular contact will be required Assist in preparation of range summary presentations and keep up to date during season Complete quotes, nomination forms and New Line Forms / Carry out Admin Checks Assist with sample and gold seal sample requests and requirements and critical path for customers Update Pimra with selection details to create listing sheet Co-ordinating launches of stock and promotions with customers Liaising with Operations Dept. and Marketing Dept. on any missing customer requirements Reading and acting upon reports received from all departments, in particular the warehouse Reading through supplier manuals and gleaning relevant delivery requirement information and pass to warehouse To produce and regularly review and update the customer account process and procedures Processing credits and invoices Attendance at Trade Fairs and exhibitions as required Personal Specification: Able to prioritise, plan and think commercially Ability to multi task and work well under pressure Analytical thinking skills (methodical, questioning, problem solving, logical) A self starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team member Excellent PC skills - Excel & Outlook mandatory Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines Acute attention to detail Good communication skills - Both written and oral This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/75369015
