Commercial Insurance Account Handler £22,000 - £25,000 basic & excellent bonus scheme OTR £30,000 Surrey/SW London The team services a mixed portfolio of Commercial Insurance clients, in a fast paced and dynamic sales environment. Looking after renewals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business retention is key to the success of the group. The role will also include providing new business quotations for existing clients, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Maintaining effective renewal diaries. Issuing renewal notices. Responding to incoming calls and making pro-active outbound calls. Providing quotations. Re-broking and placing in the market to obtain the best terms and cover. Premium collection. Responding to day to day queries and handing mid-term adjustments. Providing a point of contact to liaise with respect to claims. The team works a shift rota pattern - including Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Would a shift pattern suit your lifestyle balance? Candidates should be able to offer current/recent Commercial Insurance broking experience from dealing with shops and offices to larger Commercial clients.
