Bookkeeper Our client is an Accountancy Age ‘Top 100’ firm of chartered accountants and chartered tax advisers who specialise in the provision of bespoke high quality accountancy and taxation solutions, and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a bookkeeper, with experience in Xero Online Accounting, to join the business services team in the Farnham office. The Bookkeeper role will involve Sage, Quickbooks and Xero, working from the office in Farnham and from client's premises. Previous experience working with Xero is essential for the bookkeeper position and applicants without this experience cannot be considered. As a bookkeeper you will be responsible for the following:- Responsibilities Bookkeeping in Sage, QuickBooks and Xero. This may be undertaken at either the client's office or in-house. Preparation and submission of VAT returns. Preparation of management accounts. Dealing with ad-hoc queries that arise from your main duties. Key Skills Previous experience using Xero is essential - applicants without this experience will not be considered Sage QuickBooks IT Skills MS Office A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet knowledge up to intermediate level Driving license & own car Management accounts (desirable but not essential) AAT (desirable but not essential) About the Company "We are about exceptional client service.
