Carpenter Joiner Vacancy Location: Croydon, Greater London Contract Type: Freelance Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months Salary/Rate: £140 - £150pd Randstad CPE Contact: Adam Cook (Maidstone branch) on 01622 357230 The company brief: One of the UK's premium residential developers who currently build out housing plots valued from £200,000 - £1.2 million across smaller bespoke developments and large scale multi-phase schemes are experiencing a large increase in output over the coming months and the need has arisen to recruit for Carpenters with immediate effect. The project: A traditional build 500 unit site comprising of houses and apartments for private sale with elements of housing association across the various phases. Your new role: As a Carpenter working directly for the developer you will be working closely with the management team undertaking 2nd fix works. You will be key in contributing to the safe & on time delivery of a complex, exciting project in Croydon and your role will involve: Hanging doors Skirting Architrave Ironmongery Remedial works About you: Previous in a similar role. CSCS Card ideally with the relevant job role 110v & 240v tools Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Focused on progress.
