Pharmacy Development Manager / Field Sales Executive Our client is a leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare products. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the contract sales team where you will be representing leading brands within pharmaceutical, healthcare and beauty products. This role would be ideal for someone looking to expand on their existing pharmacy sales experience further within an organisation which offers amazing development opportunities. Salary: £29-30k per annum bonus, Company Car other Benefits Territory: Reigate, Chessington, Bexley Heath, Crawley and surrounding areas Managing your own territory, you will use a consultative sales approach to work with decision makers or pharmacy owners to nurture and develop strong working relationships enabling you to achieve targets against coverage, sales, distribution and merchandising. Focusing on educating and selling the products in store to the pharmacy manager/decision maker discussing why they should take preference over other products that the pharmacy also stocks. You will be responsible for visiting these independent pharmacies on a set cycle developing each product into the stores as well as training staff within the stores on the product lines. You will make up to 8 visits a day working on behalf of the manufacturer. You will book and manage your own appointments as well as handling your own administration, reporting and data capture. To be successful in this position you will have; - Previous experience selling/detailing pharmaceutical products/brands OR previous FMCG sales experience would be an advantage - Proven sales success - Ability to adopt a multi-facetted approach from 'sell in' to supporting 'sell out' of products - An individual that can demonstrate excellent brand management experience and relationship building skills - Previous experience in managing a territory - own diary management. - Must be results driven, adaptable to change, a quick learner and highly organised If you are looking for a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales experience, build strong working relationships by taking a consultative approach and manage a territory look no further This is an opportunity for you to expose your skills to an organisation.
