Events Sales Executive
Badenoch & Clark is currently working in partnership with a highly esteemed company based out of Lingfield towards the appointment of an Events Sales Executive. As Events Sales Executive, you will be accountable for optimising guest satisfaction through the managing of meetings and enhancement of events. Reporting into the Events Sales Manager, your work will be pivotal in the continual improvement of the company's image and reputation and as such, you must have an excellent communicative capacity in order to adequately portray the company's prestigious image. Key Accountabilities: Liaise with various external stakeholders including clients, agents and customers resolving problems as and when they arise with a professional demeanour. Provide creative insight to the creation of special offers thus optimising opportunities for sale. Prepare a documentation of upcoming events and subsequently distribute to clients Meet and greet event organisers. Responsible for noting feedback from clients and ensure that this is translated into ways whereby the company could improve. Resolve any client disputes and complaints in a professional manner. Responsible for pro-actively approaching clients in the form of sales calls. Attend & participate in all internal meetings as appropriate. Any other duties as required. Essentials: Demonstrable prior experience within a similar function. Proficient use of MS Office with a particular focus on Excel. Exemplar communicative capacity, both orally and written.
