A company with amazing foundations and a very good reputation in their field are looking for a Sales Administrator. Although the company has been around for a long time they are run by a young, dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing customer orders - Responding to customers to provide them with updates on their orders - Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure that customers receive their orders as efficiently as possible - Producing technical and sales assistance - Creating new customer accounts - Setting up client access to our website - Dealing with customer queries You will need: - Experience in Customer Service - Good telephone manner - Experience in processing orders - Attention to detail - Self motivation to deliver and a desire to succeed Hours of work, Monday-Friday shift pattern being 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, one Saturday per calendar month 9am-1pm paid as overtime. If you can find cover for your Saturday, that is allowed
