Badenoch & Clark is currently working towards the appointment of a Payroll Administrator for a highly progressive company based out of Crawley. This appointment will undertake the payroll responsibilities for the company in a nationwide capacity. Due to the nature of the role, the suitable applicant I will have demonstrable prior experience within a similar function/organisation. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will be accountable for the construction, integrity, accuracy and delivery of monthly payroll data. The company input data using the SAP system so previous exposure to SAP is a pre-requisite. Key Accountabilities: Support the Payroll Team in the collation and inputting of payroll data whilst ensuring its accuracy. Support the Payroll Officer with payroll checks as required. Resolve payroll queries as required. Respond to queries regarding national insurance and pensions. Input all data amendments into the payroll systems in a timely and accurate manner. Essentials: Demonstrable prior experience within a payroll function. Experience working within a national sized organisation. Strong IT skills with particular attention to excel.
