You will work closely with our Operations team, Technology team, Business Analysts and Business owners based in the UK and South Africa (SA) to enhance the customer journey and create clear and effective communications that reflect our tone of voice. Responsibilities as our Customer Communications Executive include: - Be responsible for our system generated correspondence, for customer, member and adviser touch points. You will create new correspondence as required, as well as update and maintain existing ones. - Work with the Customer Experience Manager and Customer communication Manager to map our customer and adviser journeys from a correspondence perspective to better understand communication touch points and recommend improvements. - Work alongside the wider customer experience team to ensure that customer correspondents work holistically alongside the wider journey - Work with the following business owners to produce correspondence and communications relating to their area: Language Lab, product, systems, operations, servicing, legal, underwriting, finance, retentions, and commissions. - Manage 'change communications' to members, for example communicating premium or product changes. - Manage the relationship with our fulfilment house, ensuring they send out our correspondence in the most cost efficient way, and to the high standards of our brand. - Champion our brand to your contacts in SA to ensure that the work they produce for us reflects our standards in their business areas. - Create all Financial Promotions (FP's) with adherence to Vitality's clear, fair, and not misleading rules using agreed Communication Code phrases and descriptions. - Be responsible for getting approval of marketing collateral through rigorous internal approval processes (including compliance, legal and product). - Responsible for managing your own FP assets to the set used by dates, including review, extensions, or made obsolete as appropriate. - Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal colleagues (in UK and SA). To become our Customer Communications Executive, you will have the below skills and experience: - University level education or equivalent - Proven experience within a Marketing role (ideally within Pensions and Investments) - Experience working in a fast paced business environment - Experience of writing clear and concise customer communications - Experience dealing with technical, complex communications - Excellent team worker and relationship builder, with internal parties - Be a competent copywriter with exceptional attention to detail, who can produce a range of integrated communications (including, letters, emails, and web copy) Working for Vitality as an experienced Customer Communications Executive, you'll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.
