They are seeking a Catastrophic Injury Lawyer to join their team in Crawley Their claims team has established an excellent reputation as one of the leaders in the South East for catastrophic and brain injury claims. They have extensive expertise in all forms of injury resulting from: Road traffic accidents Accidents involving pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists Accidents at work, occupational diseases Occupiers' & employers' liability Overseas Accidents Aviation accidents Accidents causing death Criminal injuries Medical and professional negligence Accidents involving all forms of transport About the role: You will take a central role in maintaining the high standards of client care and reputation the team has painstakingly created over the years. You will represent clients and their families with understanding, skill and common sense to achieve a successful outcome. Managing a large and varied caseload of personal injury claim cases, mainly involving brain injury and complex orthopaedic injuries. Most have a damages value of £25,000 to £150,000 whilst assisting with maximum value claims. Running cases from start to finish Providing first class client service Playing an active role in building the business and developing marketing initiatives Organising rehabilitation and support for clients Achieving target hours of chargeable work Achieving fee targets Requirements 2-3 years PQE of personal injury work, mostly multi-track An in-depth understanding of client needs, ability to pre-empt issues whilst always exceeding expectations Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with case management systems would also be desirable Drivers License as role involves drive around the South East of England as required Accreditation to APIL and Law Society Personal Injury Panel.
