Interim HR Director
Badenoch & Clark is currently working alongside a prominent and respected company based out of Crawley towards the appointment of an Interim HR Director for the duration of 10-12 months. You will be working in conjunction with the CEO to develop the strategic management of employees in aid of streamlining processes and continually driving towards improved success. Due to the nature of this role, the ideal candidate will have an exceptional track record within interim roles of a similar nature. You will be accountable for producing and nurturing a high performance culture which will be achieved through the implementation of exemplary human resources operations and procedures. As HR Director, you must continually monitor, analyse, report on processes, subsequently fostering all positive aspects of the HR department whilst simultaneously correcting areas in need of improvement. Key Accountabilities: Play a pivotal role in, and advise on, bringing the company's objectives into fruition with a particular focus on the consequential effects on staff. Ensure that the company's business plans are translated adequately to mirror the HR department's. Develop progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programmes to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance. Supplement the company's strategic objectives through the construction and implementation of people management processes and procedures. Work collegiately with the CEO and advise on whereby growth and success can be maximised through employee strategy. Build upon existing practices in order to optimise talent acquisition for positions of prominence within the company. Develop and manage effective training and learning strategies across the company. Be responsible for the provision of programmes to ensure that people management is exemplary throughout the company. Ensure that you are consistently within budget for the HR Department. Essentials: Have an exemplary demonstrable track record within a similar Interim function, evidencing the successful implementation of strategic and operational HR plans. Must be a head-strong individual with the confidence to implement their ideas and execute their plans with authority. Imperative that you retain exceptional senior stakeholder management skills. Whilst it is essential that you have an excellent strategic approach to your work, you must also be engaged with a "hands-on" approach and influence at an operational level.
